Relax, unwind & connect with your creative essence through a series of gentle & optional exercises designed to release creative & energetic blocks, and connect with the divine. This will be a multi-media art studio. All are welcome, no art experience necessary. Interact, or find a quiet corner to paint, draw, write, explore, etc. Immersion in the process of creating art is a wonderful way to tap into an amazing inner well of inspiration, beauty, healing and growth. As in the Great Circle of Life, we will begin and end class with a circle and a conscious spiritual awareness. Bring your own art supplies or utilize the treasure trove that will be offered. Come celebrate Art as it lives in all!
Heather is a multi-media visual artist, painter, graphic designer, photographer and facilitator of art & theatre for children. Her studio is called Studio Petronella and is located in Mystic, CT.
